When an operator accepts the lease of a commercial or business class aircraft, any errors, mistakes or omissions that are not discovered and
resolved before the closing date and all future become the lessees responsibility.
Aside from the prevention of significant maintenance cost shortly after lease commencement, it is the Lessees responsibility to add the aircraft to their operators certificate
and successfully complete the import and re registration of the aircraft.
In our experience in performing technical inspection services returning off lease aircraft on behalf of major lessors we regularly see Lessors hold Lessees acountable
for aircraft records that the Lessor never provided at the beginning of the lease! It is the Lessees responsibility to verify all items at acceptance
as Lessors commonly will require financial adjustments at return for deficiencies even when these items were not initially supplied.

IA 4 Aircraft Technical Redelivery
For a 10 aircraft fleet, we provide flat rate pricing for less than $20,000 annually for all services above.
This includes 5 physical inspections/audits, maintenance program bridging, workscope authoring and full time C check oversight for each aircraft.
All Lessor reporting, aircraft monitoring and advisory services are also included.
Our customized Lessee & Operator programs allow for maximum flexibility and service substitution. During a 3 year agreement, based on the example above, a 10 aircraft fleet is allowed 50 onsite inspection/audits and over 140 man days of C check Technical Representation that can allocated as the Lessee desires.
Individual lease agreement terms, aircraft incidents and other factors will likely dictate unique inspection & advisory requirements for each fleet aircraft.
